I’m currently working within the College of Education and Human Development as a Graduate Admissions Advisor. Prior to this position I served as an Administrative Assistant working with undergraduate advisors to provide support for students and faculty. I’ve spent the last decade of my working career working within public, charter and private school classrooms as an instructor, mentor and program manager. Thanks to the TAP program I’m currently finishing my first year as a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology program. Georgia State University has enabled me to develop professionally, academically and personally through the multitude of programs, events and development opportunities. I’ve won awards with students in Entrepreneurship competitions, served as a staff council member and cultivated relationships with extremely talented people within the university at large. My hope is that this networking site will empower others to cultivate and further develop latent abilities they are seldom able to in their work settings.
