Before you start entering information on this form, please be sure the proposal is approved by your department chair and faculty.
In addition to being reviewed by your department, the CEHD Academic Affairs Committee, and the CEHD Faculty, this proposal will be reviewed by the University Senate Committee on Academic Programs and the Board of Regents.
Programs can be temporarily suspended for a period not to exceed two academic years. A deactivated program will not admit any new students. The program will not be listed in the academic catalog. The program, although listed on the Board of Regents Degrees and Majors inventory, will be identified as deactivated.
Once you click the submit button, your proposal is officially submitted to the CEHD Dean’s Office.
